Stocks in View: Reliance Power, DreamFolks Services, Narayana Hrudayalaya & More

Investing.com — Bajaj Electricals (NS:): NCLT has given a nod to the consumer electrical company for the merger by absorption of Starlite Lighting.

Reliance Power (NS:): The company and its subsidiary have entered into an indicative MoU with Varde Partners for raising debt funding of up to Rs 1,200 crore.

DreamFolks Services: The airport service aggregator platform debuted on the Indian bourses on Tuesday, with an issue price fixed at Rs 326/share.

Jubilant Foodworks (NS:): Sameer Khetarpal has joined the food service company as its CEO and MD.

Delhivery (NS:): SBI (NS:) Mutual Fund bought over 1.07 lakh equity shares of the company through open market transactions on Sept 1, raising its shareholding from 4.98% to 5%.

V Mart Retail (NS:): HSBC Bank Mauritius sold 13.91 lakh equity shares of the retail company or a 7.04% stake for Rs 392 crore through an open market transaction.

Narayana Hrudayalaya (NS:): The hospital chain company announced to acquire a Bengaluru-based orthopaedic and trauma hospital for Rs 200 crore.

Apollo Micro Systems (NS:): Jupiter India Fund has offloaded 2.45 lakh equity shares or a 1.18% stake in the company through open market transactions at an average price of Rs 158.99 apiece.
